If there’s one thing we know for certain, it’s that email most certainly isn’t dead.
And so we’ve decided to bring a much-requested feature to life thanks to our customers who gave us use cases and told us this was a top priority for them.
You can now send emails to specific users and customer accounts within Receptive to bring super powers to your customer research and development. Yeah, that’s right.
This is a game changer because you can:
- Dig deep into use cases with the customers you want to hear from;
- Ask customers to prioritize projects to help plan your roadmap; and
- Work with a customer set or beta group directly within your Receptive account.
If, for example, you want to send an email to those people interested in a specific idea, then you can.
If you want to send an email to people interested in a few different ideas, or to users associated with a certain account, then you can.
We’re basically like Mailchimp but without the monkey.
